"Hello [Member Name Removed], I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed in how your carpets turned out. We tried reaching out, but it seems you had our number blocked so we can’t get in contact to try to fix any issues. After speaking to my tech it seems like he did let you know before we cleaned it, that the traffic lanes were really dark and the carpet was really light so there was only so much that could be done for it. We let you know that the carpet would look better but there’s no way to get the traffic lanes out all the way because they had heavy wear. You agreed that the carpets were most likely going to need to be replaced but you wanted us to try to clean it anyway. We did as you asked, and the carpet came out as expected. Apologies if the tech did not make the expectations clear enough but from the pictures it looks like he did as best as he could."
