"Dave came in and talked to us about our options. He had several suggestions as to what he would be able to do. We discussed it and figured out which option we both felt was the best for us. He provided samples and photos to help us with our decision. The contract said all work would be complete by May 1. The entire job was completed the first week in April. They started with our patio. Pavers were installed over our existing concrete which saved some time and money. Everything was regraded to allow water to drain away from the house. The yard was raked and graded. All existing drains were buried and french drains we installed to prevent any future flooding issues. Raised gardens and border was placed along both sides of the yard. We chose the AstroTurf option for the center of the yard which will allow us many maintenance free years of enjoyment.

This company is very knowledgeable, professional and will show you the utmost of respect. They are there when they tell you they will be and complete everything as promised. Communication lines are open and they are certain they are doing everything to your satisfaction. I was amazed at the transformation this made to my yard. The project manager and office manager of Deck Soldier answered all of my questions, but could have done a better job communicating on their own initiative what the crew was planning to do the next day when they left for the day while the job was in progress. All in all, though, we're very pleased with the new deck and I would Deck Soldier an A grade for the job. It was expensive, but you get what you pay for and I would recommend them"
