"Just had a 70" Samsung TV mounted above my fireplace using the mm540 Mantle Mount with fully articulating, drop-down, hydraulic arm with sound bar attachment. It fits perfectly above the mantle, and pulls down easily, allowing you to watch TV at eye-level instead of having to crane your neck! I did a lot of research and ended up going with T.E.A.M. Audio & Video out of Manassas. They sent 2 strong guys to do the job (Ralph and Kevin), and completed the entire installation in 1.5 hours. The men were very respectful; wore masks and booties on their feet, and cleaned up their mess once they were finished. They were even able to successfully install my Samsung Sound Bar despite some of the hardware missing from the box!! T.E.A.M. is a licensed vendor for Mantle Mount, which takes more skill to install than a standard, fixed wall mount device. "On a Saturday morning, the service man originally assessed my ice maker that no longer produced ice, it was thought to be do to the motor being non-operational so another one was installed.  The repairman told me that ice should start to be produced by the next day and to call him if no ice was produced.  I noticed sometime after noon on Sunday that I had not heard the icemaker dropping any ice and called the company service.  We set up another appt. time and he returned & said that my motor was not  the problem, but the sensors that tell the motor to produce ice.  He installed new sensors and refunded me the difference in cost from the motor. It was been working fine since then & now I have more ice than I know what to do with.

I was provided some options of circuit breakers and the price with the options. The differences in breaker were explained and the code requirements for my area was also explained and compared to other local code standards. I was able to customize the options a little bit based on my needs and I have more space in the panel if I have additional requirements. Going from a box from the 1960’s to a modern solution mad a lot of sense. The installation was smooth with only a short time without power. Throughout the process, I was well informed of the progress. My family was able to work remotely from home during most of the install without too much disruption. (Used cell phone for internet and laptops while power was off.) They even installed a monitoring system for me to track the electrical use of the house.
