"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"Three people showed up which surprised me since normally there is just one or 2 .  They worked for the full 2 hours and my house did look good afterwards. I'll start by going from the kitchen to upstairs.  First the only thing I had to provide was my swiffer sweeper and dish soap.  So the first person was in charge of cleaning the kitchen, she washed what little dishes were in the sink.  One thing I didn't like was that she used one of my knives, I have henkels which are expensive, to scratch the top of my stove to clean it. In the end it wasn't any cleaner then when I would do it.  Other then that it was fine and she did an overall good job.  The other two were cleaning upstairs, other then the streaks from the cleaning products they used that were on my sink and tub it was overall a good job especially for the price I paid for it. 
 So why did I give it a 'C', well about two weeks later one of the cleaning ladies called my directly, actually her son called me because she didn't speak English, and said that she would clean my house directly without going through a big cleaning.  She would charge me $140 for two hours and said that the people that cleaned my house didn't really do a good job.  That kind of says if they didn't do a good job, why would she do a good job if she was part of that of that team. Anyway I found the whole situation unprofessional and I would not use them again

"George's painting, inc was responsive and professional from start to finish. The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. He was easy to reach via cell or email. The estimate was more than fair. His crew completed the job in three days. The crew was polite, professional, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each work day. I highly recommend this company and would use them again."

"This company is awesome. A person contacted me to inquire about the job and he was very professional. He gave me a quote and was able to get someone to come out to install the lighting fixture the next day. However, someone was close in the area where he was able to be at my house to install it within 20 minutes of me initially calling. The person that installed the light was very professional and quick. I will definitely be using this company again for my electrical needs."
