On the day that the work commenced (and was completed!), Carlos, the foreman, kept me informed throughout the day of all progress. The team they brought along were so quick, efficient, and safe. They protected all utilities during construction and cleaned up before leaving. They will be coming back to install gutters on the home as well, soon as a few other projects get done. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."
