"The crew arrived exactly on time.  The removed all nails and filled the holes. Caulked around the windows.  They even removed and put back up my flat screen TV that was mounted on the wall. They painted all the trim and doors in the rooms.  They covered all the floors with drop cloths and did not leave one drop of paint on the floor.  I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and couldn't be happier with the work.  The cost was more than I budgeted for but it was worth it.

"I called the afternoon of 12/20 to check on the status. The difference between the professional technician and the bitter woman in the office was jarring. She told me she wished the technicians would stop lying about how long the repairs actually took. I asked if she thought the repairs would be done before Christmas and because Maryland gets cold in Dec. She said she couldn't say it would be fixed that fast but then and quot;BGE was not the one who broke my heat pump.'and quot; Guess she doesn't realize that if heat pumps didn't break, there would be no reason for the job she so obviously enjoys. I briefly thought of canceling my contract but the technicians who have come to my home have always been professional, clean cut and just great. "The drywall repair was excellent. I could not ask for more, or better. The patches that needed fixing were extremely large, and you cannot tell that anything was done. If all you need is drywall repair, stop reading now, and hire Kargman's. Our main thoughts were that they did a great job, eventually. They had to come out and fix things twice and that shows great customer service and responsiveness. We just would prefer not having multiple trips. The carpentry ended up being excellent as well, and it was an admittedly tough job getting baseboards attached to brick, and trim along the walls where drywall met the brick. The main issue we had was that there were some sloppy places at first that needed Kargman's to come back out and fix. They were great in doing this, and bent over backwards to come out and do it again, but it would have been better not to have to have anyone come back out. The real issue we had was with the painting. Eventually, it all looks great and the final product is perfect. It's just that they had to come back out and clean up painted over faceplates, trim, and a door. They did eventually get it pretty much right, but it took a while. So again, everything turned out great and looks great, but it's not above average or done on the first try, so we couldn't give an A."

"Bud and Mark came out to repair a few of my windows. They had to travel to several places to find parts. They called me often to keep me updated. Within 2 days 4 windows were repaired and 2 screens that are very high were removed and those windows were even washed! Very Satisfied."
