They had to repair a concrete floor in a difficult location that required removing the broken concrete (reinforced with brick!) by hand and up a steep flight of stairs. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The provider was on time and did a great job painting.  There were a few area where I felt he could have done a better job with the drywall repair and will need to have this area redone but overall the paint job looks great.  The job was for 8 hours of painting.  He arrived at 8:00 am and left promptly at 4:00 pm but to my knowledge he took a 30 min lunch break which then does not equate to 8 hours.  He cleaned up pretty well.

"Wonderfully! The company worked with us to find the correct materials for a porch that was constructed about 25 years ago, sent a detailed estimate, and followed up with each interaction. We exchanged emails regarding thd materials and they really worked to find the exact items. They scheduled us within a week of acceptance of proposal, and completed all work on the same day when they came. It looks better than we imagined (we'd put this repair off for too long and, of course, it became much worse than when we first noticed the problem), the materials were perfect, and the craftsmanship was excellent. This repair will take us through another 25 years at least, it was better constructed than the original porch. The cost was reasonable for both projects. Everyone was very professional with the planning and follow through. I would highly recommend this company and I'm pretty sure we will use them again for other repairs."
