"I was impressed with Dave and his team when he came out to look at our unfinished space. It is a very large area, and there are some complications regarding the shape as well as several poles that needed to be worked around. They were very knowledgeable and responsive when I asked questions both on-site and via e-mail later as well. The costs were detailed very thoroughly, and showed us exactly where the overall cost came from, as well as easily letting us see how that would change if we decided to do different options. They were the highest cost of the 3 contractors that we considered for the job, but their professionalism and design knowledge was great.
