Based on the warranty and service provided I felt comfortable giving them my business. Roof installers came as expected and did an outstanding job. They answered our questions, talked with our neighbors to make sure they were clear of any debris and cleaned up as if they were never there. We only found ONE nail! Roof looks great. "The porch looks like new. They replaced rotted wood at the chimney that was not visible from the ground without having to be prompted to do so. They are receptive to suggestions and requests when their work is reviewed. They adjusted their schedule for painting because of the changing weather to be sure there was enough cure time after they were done painting. Their price was fair (right in the middle of the quotes I received from other companies) and Marc and his crew were really easy to work with. Throughout the course of the project, Marc kept us posted on expectations leading up to our start date and then stayed in constant communication with us during the construction phase. When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. Once the project started, they worked everyday (aside from weekends, of course) to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. The screened-in porch turned out even better than expected and we couldn't be happier with the project. We're out there ALL THE TIME now and get tons of compliments from our neighbors.
