"Quality work and smooth project start to finish - This was one of the easiest and best contractor experiences we’ve had and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects. Jim came out to give us an estimate on about 80 feet of privacy fence between our property and our neighbor’s, showed us our options and pricing and was totally knowledgeable and low pressure. We had another estimate scheduled but we were so impressed with the initial consult and the photos of their work that we just went ahead with them and we were glad we did. On the job day, Steve came out and personally looked over the site and answered all our questions and the fence was put in without a hitch. All the workers were courteous and everything was left clean and tidy. The fence looks better than I ever imagined a privacy fence could look and I feel like it really adds to the property. Based on the warranty and service provided I felt comfortable giving them my business. Roof installers came as expected and did an outstanding job. They answered our questions, talked with our neighbors to make sure they were clear of any debris and cleaned up as if they were never there. We only found ONE nail! Roof looks great. The owner, Ed, has been very responsive to my emails and never left any questions unanswered. For such a big project, I was thoroughly impressed and appreciate the quality service provided. "The porch looks like new. They replaced rotted wood at the chimney that was not visible from the ground without having to be prompted to do so. They are receptive to suggestions and requests when their work is reviewed. They adjusted their schedule for painting because of the changing weather to be sure there was enough cure time after they were done painting. Their price was fair (right in the middle of the quotes I received from other companies) and Marc and his crew were really easy to work with. Throughout the course of the project, Marc kept us posted on expectations leading up to our start date and then stayed in constant communication with us during the construction phase. When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. Once the project started, they worked everyday (aside from weekends, of course) to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner.
