"I am thrilled with my black estate fence! From initial contact to final installation, Fence and Deck Connection has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond throughout the project. I started with a request for a quote in May 2022. My HOA wouldn't approve. Jake was great about working on modifications to the original proposal to comply with our HOA guidelines and provided me paperwork to include in my 2nd and 3rd appeals to the HOA. I was finally approved in March. Stephen was great on the installation: getting the permit, contacting Miss Utility and overseeing the 2 man installation crew. They were happy to accommodate our schedule around the recent sod we had laid. The installers were careful to do minimal damage to the new sod and the garden beds. When the crew left, it looked as though the fence was always part of our landscaping. I am so grateful for the communication and expertise the Fence and Deck Connection team brought to our project! Cost wise - They were not the least expensive nor the most expensive of the estimates we had gotten...but their product was a bit thicker and better warrantied. I highly recommend Fence and Deck!!"

Their price was fair (right in the middle of the quotes I received from other companies) and Marc and his crew were really easy to work with. Throughout the course of the project, Marc kept us posted on expectations leading up to our start date and then stayed in constant communication with us during the construction phase. When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. Once the project started, they worked everyday (aside from weekends, of course) to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. The screened-in porch turned out even better than expected and we couldn't be happier with the project. We're out there ALL THE TIME now and get tons of compliments from our neighbors. "I was impressed with Dave and his team when he came out to look at our unfinished space. It is a very large area, and there are some complications regarding the shape as well as several poles that needed to be worked around. They were very knowledgeable and responsive when I asked questions both on-site and via e-mail later as well. The costs were detailed very thoroughly, and showed us exactly where the overall cost came from, as well as easily letting us see how that would change if we decided to do different options. They were the highest cost of the 3 contractors that we considered for the job, but their professionalism and design knowledge was great. Their concept for the space was the best design and they thought of some things that we would never have considered. I would 100% recommend them coming out to look at any renovation project you are considering. We did not end up using them partly because of the cost, but mostly because of our familiarity with one of the other contractors who had done work for us in our last home. The price difference and knowing the other contractor's work was enough for us to go with him, but I still came away from the experience impressed with Dave and his team."
