"I was impressed with Dave and his team when he came out to look at our unfinished space. It is a very large area, and there are some complications regarding the shape as well as several poles that needed to be worked around. They were very knowledgeable and responsive when I asked questions both on-site and via e-mail later as well. The costs were detailed very thoroughly, and showed us exactly where the overall cost came from, as well as easily letting us see how that would change if we decided to do different options. They were the highest cost of the 3 contractors that we considered for the job, but their professionalism and design knowledge was great. Their concept for the space was the best design and they thought of some things that we would never have considered. I would 100% recommend them coming out to look at any renovation project you are considering. We did not end up using them partly because of the cost, but mostly because of our familiarity with one of the other contractors who had done work for us in our last home.
