"I was very happy with response from Eddis. He gave me a quote upfront and followed it up with an invoice via email. I paid him half at the beginning and another half when he came back to install the window. He was very professional and respectful of my house. I will definitely use A.R. - I am so happy that I decided to go with Fox Creek Builders to install my window and 2 sliding glass doors. From order to install the process was excellent + only took about 3 weeks. Amazing since it took another vendor a month to tell me they could not fill the order I previously requested. Max, the owner, came out with Fred to measure and discuss my request. When Fred installed the custom doors + window they fit better than the original doors they replaced---fit like a glove. Fred was extremely pleasant, neat + a precision installer. They removed all the old debris, vacuumed all the rooms, deck + cleaned all the windows after install. I did not even have to remove my blinds during the process + they were particular about routing my outside cable wire.
The doors are very high quality argon + insulated glass. My husband + I just love how smoothly both the doors + screens move along with the other bells+ whistles. Even my dog loves the doors + the crew. Max came out and inspected the job + again explained the features so we did not miss anything. We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase--well worth the money + I just wish I had done this sooner. Thanks to the Fox Creek Builders--Great team and Great work.

"We purchased 37 replacement windows. Paul, the owner, was very personable and informative. No pressure was ever applied to purchase. On installation day, the workers showed on time, were polite, and were very efficient. They replaced all 37 windows in 1 day working until dark and returned the next day to finish the flashing around 10 windows. Paul showed midday on install day to see how things were going. We have hired IHI to replace a door and fix some flashing on other areas of our house. I highly recommend IHI."
