"Excellent work. The person who assisted us was gruff and no-nonsense, but professional. He asked that we send a photo of the window, which we did. He then came out and measured the window. "We purchased 37 replacement windows. Paul, the owner, was very personable and informative. No pressure was ever applied to purchase. On installation day, the workers showed on time, were polite, and were very efficient. They replaced all 37 windows in 1 day working until dark and returned the next day to finish the flashing around 10 windows. Paul showed midday on install day to see how things were going. We have hired IHI to replace a door and fix some flashing on other areas of our house. I highly recommend IHI."
