"The supervisor and one of his workers worked very hard. The third worker was on his phone a lot at one point standing in the street on his phone for 20 minutes. I went out and asked if he needed anything and he did not. I asked why he wasn't in the backyard helping his supervisor and he made excuses. I did call the main office an report the issue but received arguments from the female answering the phone. Their office assumed it was the supervisor not working but once they talked to the supervisor they realized it was one of the workers and did call me to apologize. Photo attached. I did not receive a discount and the fees were really high compared to amazon. The only difference is they did take the trash bags and limbs with them. However, this wasn't a big deal to me as my trash pickup takes them for free. I wouldn't pay extra for a company to take the bags of weeds and limbs in the future. The fee to remove weeds and limb was built into the price and not negotiable."
