"The job went great. They came out removed the old deck flooring, stairs and nails. During the project they kept the site clean of debris, nails and trash. They put down new deck flooring, provided deck trap door for water faucet access, new stairs, sanded off writing on lumber and added rail for the stairs (concrete posts for stability). They waited to stain the deck after wood had been exposed to elements and dried. The team let us know when they were coming to do work and what to expect. Their cost was reasonable and they were not like other companies that just wanted to sell and do things that were not necessary."

"D&H Demolition quickly demoed the carpet from my living, dining , and steps to the second floor. Replaced with re- claimed hardwood flooring which resulted in a significant cost savings for me. Replaced the flooring and steps with a satin finish that so beautiful that I keep getting comments. Work was timely completed and professionally done. I would definitely use their services again. "We used Lux to install an Owens-Corning system in an unfinished basement. The project turned out beautifully and is very custom to our space- half carpeted, half flooring. Dan was very communicative and quickly took care of some finishing details that are the icing on the cake. It's amazing to be able to reclaim previously unused space and turn it into a heated, well-used room! While we aren't fans of Owens-Corning sales tactics, we went into it knowing what to expect and were able to get the price down to the ballpark that we were expecting, with a return on investment that is 100% worth it."
