"Sterling at Dun Rite was fantastic. We had a sewer main overflow and needed relatively quick help and some hand-holding. He is extremely knowledgeable and talked us through the issues in a way we could understand. He communicated well with us about when he d make it to the house and was prompt. "I contacted Rema on Saturday. He got back and came on the next day. He removed his shoes. He installed a new flush valve that I supplied. He had to replace the existing fill valve. The existing fill valve would not fit the new flush valve. He clean up and there were no problems. It worked fine."

"This company is extremely responsive and was able come same day. My sewer pipe was unclogged within two hours and my bathroom was left in clean condition. The plumber also made several helpful suggestions on other things he noticed, and did so in a helpful, no pressure manner. I would hire this company again, and I recommend them."
