I asked him to come back and try again, so he came and treated my couch with the strongest, top quality deodorizer not available on commercial markets. I'm waiting to see if my secondhand couch can be professionally cleaned or whether the couch is a lost cause from being in storage too long. Global Cleaning and Restoration showed up late. After the work was done and the fabric dried, the couch still had a musty smell. I cleaned the fabric myself with white vinegar spray, rubbing alcohol, and baking soda in hopes of amending this. But the worst part is that I still discovered bits of fur and an old ziploc bag with crumbs lodged under the seat back. Global Carpet Cleaning and Restoration needs to work on their attention to detail - especially if you want to justify such a large price tag."

"Hired Hydro Clean for medium area carpet cleaning. Tech was on time and was ready to go! My husband is more aware of expert cleaning & was not satisfied with the level of cleaning we received.
