"We had our sofas cleaned by My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Service. They did a great job, my sofas look like new. They were careful working in the house with belongings and pets (indoor cats). And I was kept informed of their estimated arrival, what they were doing and how I could maintain my sofas. All in all an excellent experience."

"I'll start at the beginning. I was extremely pleased with Ahmed, the rep you met me at my house to go over the rooms that would be cleaned, the services Maid Bright routinely provides, as well as optional services, and how I could maximize my dollars by opting out of the basement if I wished. By the end of our conversation I was convinced that Maid Bright was the service I was looking for. The cleaners arrived slightly ahead of schedule and put booties on inside the front door (as did Ahmed). The house was beautifully cleaned, with attention to difficult spots I'd mentioned with Ahmed fully addressed. I am looking forward to our every 3-week cleanings and am totally confidant I'll be very happy every time."

"Excellent on time efficient rug and sofa cleaning service. My rugs and sofa look like new and smell wonderful! Highly recommended."

"Hired Hydro Clean for medium area carpet cleaning. Tech was on time and was ready to go! My husband is more aware of expert cleaning & was not satisfied with the level of cleaning we received. Lot of moisture left in carpet. I had not experienced this before & I was okay with the final result. I will definitely express my wishes/wants with next cleaning. EXACT!"

"I had a terrible stain on a couch cushion that had been there a long time. I would have been happy if the result was just that it was not so dark. But he got it out. I can still see it a little, but it is not noticeable to anyone else. He also cleaned the carpet in one room. The technician was very nice and explained what he was doing. It was very clear that he wanted to do a great job, and he did. Also, he arrived on time. I will use them again. I highly recommend them."

"I used this business for the cleaning of a large rug. They came on time to pick up the rug and delivered it earlier than promised. I would recommend them for this type of service."

"Patrice saved the day and possibly my marriage by coming out a day earlier than scheduled to tackle a bad red wine stain that I had caused and made worse in my clean up effort. He worked a couple of hours with a powerful wet vac and his cleaners and managed to make the couch look good as new. He’s serious about his work and dedicated to a good result - fully recommend Patrice for your next clean-up job."

"Owner Justin was courteous, up front and informative. Repsonded promptly to my calls. Stained Oriental rug (pets) has never looked better after cleaning. Best rates! Highly recommend."

"Great service and attention to detail. We will definitely use Go2Steam in the future!"
