"Kelvin Funes, owner of KF Remodeling is a very experienced contractor in all aspects of home building and remodeling. They have done four jobs for me this year from Feb to July of 2025. Jobs included; shower/bathroom, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. Some were major plumbing and installation of wired smoke detectors. Not easy but Kelvin always tells me his job is to solve problems. And he does. Twice I needed to call him back to handle small over looked items and he returned promptly to handle them. Kelvin's knowledge, experience, and advice contributed greatly to the success of my projects, I am impressed and well pleased. Thank you KF Remodeling. "

After our phase one family room renovation (new floor/widow, remove walls, install gas fireplace) was completed on time, on budget and expertly, we hired Brightview for phase two - a full kitchen renovation. Every step was coordinated perfectly and communication was daily via phone calls and texts from our project manager Darell. Brightview worked with our kitchen designer to execute her plan flawlessly.
