The crew was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!! Not only did they trim the tree and clear the land as promised, but there is NOTHING left. Once they began working they cleaned up, never stopped, and easily accommodated a quick change of request from me. I would use and refer them again without hesitation.

Very exellent job with prep, paint, and reinstallation of all fixtures that were taken down. Couldn't have been happier with the job done, and with the owner of the company either. Would highly recommend Land S and would definately use them again for future jobs.

Attempting to make a claim with Old Republic National Title Insurance is impossible. Communication was difficult in that there is no personal service to work with. The State Manager would not return phone calls or emails, the attorney's office that issued the policy would not offer assistance...
