PLEASE! PLEASE. Do NOT ignore the bad comments here like I did. Do not hire this company. They are NOT reliable. As people are saying , at first Fredy looks great and very attentive. Once I signed the contract and deposited 15% of the entire pool , he told me I had to do a soil test and because of that , the cost of the pool would Double- getting completely out of my budget- If he is the expert why was this soil test was NEVER mentioned BEFORE he took my money? It was no surprise that they never returned my calls and kept my money WITHOUT building my POOL. I am now suing them after more than 1 year and countless emails and phone calls trying to resolve this issue with no success. Please save yourself from this BIG HEADACHE DO NOT HIRE THEM

BE AWARE! do not hire this company. I hired this company to do my whole backyard, build a pool, and tile the area. At first, they had great customer service. The salesperson Otto Diaz was very attentive, and the owner of the company, Freddy Rodriguez even came to my house to answer questions. After I signed the contract and paid the deposit everything changed which should not be surprising. The contract all of their employees and do not actually build the pool. Everyone they use is other companies they subcontract to do the work. 2 months after the pool was done I had a big crack and the pool was leaking, it took 4 months to have them come to repair, they ignored all calls and texts, and only after sending a letter from a lawyer they came. They did terrible work, I had a brand new pool with a thick dark line running along the bottom of it. 3-4 months passed and the pool started leaking again. The leaking caused the tile to sink, and now it is a major hazard. We fill the pool weekly even though it is constantly raining not avoid ruining the pump. The tile situation is terrible, there is a huge crack in the bottom of the pool, and we keep having electricity problems in the brand new electric box they installed. No one returns our calls, they completely ignore us. We have a warranty provided by them, but they do not follow through. We decided to go to court now. Please do not ignore the complaints.

I have a 3 month contract and it has been 8 months and I still do not see the light at the end of the tunnel.

By far, the worst decision I have ever made. It has been 18 months and the pool is still not done. Once you sign the contract, good luck getting a call back from Freddy. Comes off like a nice guy during the sales pitch and disappears after that. It took 12 months to finish the pool. I have been trying to get him to call me back for months to try and close out the permit because he has not finished the pool fence. 6 months for a pool fence and does not return calls. I have had to get an attorney and he still does not call back. Worst company ever. DO NOT HIRE! If you are even thinking about it, I am happy to share my experience and share the litany of documentation I have demonstrating the complete lack of professionalism and communication.

Communication was horrible; It took 8 months to complete the pool. After speaking to one of the subcontractors, it was apparent that they leverage deposits from one pool to build another and the subcontractors are delayed in getting paid. Calls were rarely returned on time and I had to threaten them with calling the DBPR and county and finally got some responses. Lastly, they incorrectly graded the deck towards the patio, and now we get water up to our back doors... we contacted them and sent them pictures and texts messages to no avail.

unfortunately this company has no idea about communicating with the customer. No desire either. Freddy was the worst. A one month job at max turned into 4 months. They would work a couple of hours and disappear for weeks with no response to any request for updates or when they would return. It finally got finished but it was very stressful and challenging to get it done.

The price was in line with other quotes. The quality of work (when finished) was good. But job communication with their subcontractors was poor. Workers did not show on days they had advised or did come on days without advising ahead of time. Job that should have taken 3-4 days took 12 days from start to finish.

The sales person, Jose Soler, pulled out all the stops to make sure we could get the job done very quickly and on schedule. I strongly appreciated it. He made every effort, including personal visits to make sure everything was going well. The guy who did the prep work on the old surface was excellent - careful and thorough. The crew that did the resurface were a bit sloppy, with splashes of material on the deck/screen and coping that are difficult if not impossible to clean, grass killing acid wash effluent, cross threaded pool return jets and weak garbage/debris removal. In general these negatives were minor little things that were not worth bothering them about given the rest of the fantastic on time service. I would definitely hire them again but I would take the day off to keep an eye out on the clean-up and finish.

Reviewed home and determined installation. Then set price. Installed heater on the scheduled day and did it in 3 hours. Enjoying the heated water,

Hired them to fine a pool leak and to re surface the pool with Diamond Brite. They completed the work in the schedule time and it now looks beautiful. Very professional.

The experience has been great a pleasure. They are very professionals.

Did a very good job. Regrouted my tile pool with epoxy grout. One of few companies familiar with using epoxy grout. Finished the job within a day or two of projected timeframe.
