"Jonathan Clingerman is a phenomenal contractor. He has done several projects for us over the last couple of years as we readied our house for sale: he completely redid one of our bathrooms, painted our entire house, replaced damaged flooring, powerwashed the outside, and took care of the landscaping. Because of his meticulous attention to detail, everything is now perfect. He is the type of contractor who makes sure that everything is in fine shape when he is done.
