817 I got locked out of my house. I called Liberty Lock And Security Inc. in Rockville, MD. They were nice to me over the phone. The young lady referred me to a gentleman over the phone that said they charge $89 a service call and $169 an hour for labor. A gentleman named Darryl showed up in 30...
