He gave a very detailed line-item proposal, discussed less expensive alternatives, he had a vision and a timeline. He completed our new flooring ahead of schedule, which was great because we rented an Airbnb to avoid our dogs from going crazy, and we were able to move back in quicker. Fantastic job with our new deck, new concrete patio and walkways. It’s hard to find good contractors.
