Excellent from start to finish. Constant communications from the time I made the request here until work was complete. Questions answered immediately. Work was done to perfection. Tech showed on early in time window, after contacting to let me know he was coming. Job done in 2.5 hours.

The job went well. Although I had a few concerns before the start and during the job, the owner, Christopher Titus, was very responsive in addressing my concerns. In addition, his lead technician, Dennis, was very polite, prompt, professional and conscientious.

The technician, Dennis, arrived on time and was very professional. He diligently set up and performed the service while ensuring that the area was clean when he was done. Our tub looks like new thanks to his expertise. Scheduling was also great and helped us to rebook for an earlier appointment when needed. We would definitely recommend this company and service.

These are the nicest, most responsive people you could ever work with. Every interaction with them was professional and cordial. They are truly dedicated to their work. That's why it pains me to say that I think their PRODUCT does not hold up to real-life conditions. I had our 1980's-era sky blue cast iron tub and surrounding tile resurfaced because I didn't care for the color. For about a year everything was fine, and we followed all the directions and cautions to protect the surface. A small chip appeared on the front inside wall of the tub, and CT&T repaired it without charge even though they thought the chip might have been the result of damage not covered by the warranty. We didn't think so but also didn't know what caused the chip, and we appreciated their willingness to do the repair under warranty. After about a year and a half, splits and peeling in the surface started to appear. Around that time, I broke my foot and needed to use a shower stool in the tub for weeks. The stool had large rubber feet (like the tip of a crutch), but apparently the contact of the rubber feet on the surface was enough to cause it to start peeling away in large sheets. CT&T said they best they could do was wait to repair the surface until I no longer used the stool. I completely understand that, but I'm now planning to replace the tub and tile entirely. When people get injured or as they age, using a shower stool is commonplace. I need to know that I and future owners don't have to worry about that. I wish the resurfacing material were robust enough to withstand real-world uses. Sadly, I can't recommend the CT&T product even though I admire and respect the company's customer service.

Great company. Everyone that I interacted with was very pleasant. Getting a quote was straightforward and the technician was on time and very professional. It looked amazing when he was done. Unfortunately, the product is not as robust as I expected it to be. Four months later I have had to touch up several spots from chips of different causes. Some were my own fault, like dropping the new curtain rod while installing it. However, twice now a dropped razor has caused small chips in the tub. I would definitely have spent the extra money to get a liner or have the whole thing torn out and replaced if I had known it would be so fragile.

We had a tub that was stripping pretty badly, along with 1950's floor and wall tile that was discolored and cracked in a lot of places. Larkin was very responsive throughout the whole scheduling process and was even kind enough to let me come to their office to pick up sample tiles that were prefinished in the textured colors because I was unable to make a decision! Dennis was the technician and he worked two very long days, resulting in an amazing bathroom that looks better than I could have imagined! The only problem we've had with the quality is that something caused a tiny chunk of the finish to come off on the tub where we stand for the shower (and I mean a chunk - it seems like every layer of the finish down to the primer is gone) and we can't figure out what caused it :( Other than that, we loved working with Custom Tub & Tile and have already recommended their services to our family and friends!

The contractor was professional and polite. I forgot his name, but he was very mindful to keep the job tidy by preparing the bathroom with plastic covers to prevent paint stain elsewhere other than the tub itself. Cleaned up everything so that was a pro in my book. He kept to himself and completed the job quick. Heads-up: to refinish the bathtub, they do need to keep a window open to blow out the fumes, so doing this in cold weather wasn't a great idea but I had to to meet the timeline to sell the house. So if your bathroom has no windows, you might need to take this in consider as they might use your bedroom window and set up a long plastic tube along the hallway.

Purchased the deal thru Angie's List for $299. I contacted the company & spoke with Larken about the job. She was very polite & courteous & answered all my questions concerning the job process & details. Setting up the appointment was easy & communication via phone & email was exceptional. I needed the area around the drain repaired & also wanted a non-slip surface & Larken informed me of the additional cost ; $50 for the drain repair & $75 for a non-slip surface. On the day of service, I had to call Larken & reschedule the arrival time of their tech. due to the plumber having to remove the drain. Larken did an outstanding job notifying the tech. & moved the job up a couple hours. The tech. , Dennis , arrived on time & got right to work. I had an exhaust fan already set up & he went over all the details with me & answered all my questions. He covered everything in plastic to protect other areas from any spray. The job took about 4 hrs. & I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome. He cleaned up everything & made sure I was satisfied with job. He also explained their warranty & how to maintain & clean the tub. The 60 yr. old tub looks new again & the caulking around it is excellent. The non-slip surface is a big plus & we won't need those unsightly bath mats anymore. Thank you Custom Tub & Tile staff for your excellent communication skills & professionalism & a job well done by Dennis & post job follow up by Larkin. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was unhappy with the initial result because the default white they used is called "kohler white" and is more like a cotton color, not a true white. I'd recommend that customers make a point of reviewing the color before the job as I would have been more than happy to pay of an upgrade to a true white had I known. I was quite dissatisfied at that point, but couldn't have been more pleased with their responsiveness and willingness to correct the color. Everyone I worked with - from the technician to the office staff - were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent job. Tub looks new with a high gloss. Added non-slip finish to the original order for an additional $75, which is well worth it. No more messy mats that can slip. The company followed up the same day with an email giving warranty information and instructions for proper cleaning Highly recommend this company. Great value.
