If we could have brought David with us over the years, I'm sure we would have had many less headaches buying and selling (and would probably have saved much more $$ at this point!). In addition to providing an estimate on the roof, Chris went through the rest of the list with me, made one repair at no cost and explained how I can repair the rest of the small items myself rather then hiring a contractor.
