It went great. I was amazed how little debris was left after the entire old tile floor was removed . The huge mirror is so sharp. The lighting is perfect w dimmer...they installed a larger vanity than the old one. Also when they discovered the window frame needed replacing.they took care of that. The floor wasn't level. They made sure that was corrected. They did a thorough job. I love my new bathroom

It was amazing!! They showed up on time they were efficient, worked hard and paid attention to the smallest details would hire him for any job!!

Horrible. January 21, 2021, we signed an agreement with J Scott Designs LLC, to remove an egress window and install a set of steps out of the basement. The contract stated that the company would pull a permit 30 days prior to starting the job. The job started on Tuesday, March 29, 2021. The crew started digging out the area - the hole collapsed . They decided they would lay block to help shore up the dirt, but had to cut a hole in our existing foundation. They cut through the wall from the outside and inside with a gas powered saw. Our CO2 detectors started going off for several hours. We found out they did NOT get a permit. We contacted the county and they ordered the crew to stop all work until the permit was filed. After 2 weeks, they filed a permit and restarted the job. They were NOT confirming to any of the requirements in the permit. We hired a certified structural engineer - ALL of the work did not meet the permit requirements. We fired them and would NOT recommend anyone use this company. They are unethical and lie about the work and their craftsmanship.

I highly reccomed this company , they did a beautiful job putting a new roof on my house , did above and beyond everything they said they were going to do , they did a fantastic job from beginning to the very end even with cleaning up , impressed with their honesty and reliability , good people ?

I was on vacation when they did the project and they kept me informed with pictures of the progress. They were very professional and listened to what I wanted and it turned out better than I imagined. I would definitely use them again.

When we purchased our home, we inherited an awkward 2nd floor layout that we had dreams of changing to better suite the needs of our large family. J Scott Designs did a phenomenal job turning our remodeling vision into a reality. From the first meeting to the final walk through, J Scott Designs was professional and courteous. They captured our dream and transformed one large and awkward bedroom into two, as well as created a beautiful, extremely functional hall bathroom for my kids. They innovatively met every request and skillfully worked around some of the odd structures and layouts in our house. The remodel work exceeded our expectations and now offers us a gorgeous space that so much better suites my family. We're so grateful for the craftsmanship of J Scott Designs!

I recently had a 3 car garage built by J.Scott Designs LLC. I was able to sit down with Tommy Gabbert and go through everything that I wanted in the garage. Some of the things I asked for were drains in the floor in each bay, side window and door, and an upstairs space for extra storage. He was able to match the exterior with my house siding color and roofing shingle. Even with Covid 19, they still were able to finish the garage in a timely manner. They do excellent work and I will use them in the future for any project. I fully support any business that is veteran owned and operated. I personally recommend them 5/5 stars.

Scott Design's speed of completing a job, their high quality of work, the ability to listen to the customer and truly hearing what they wanted, and a great price was what helped my husband and I to choose them to build our shed. We love our new shed and can't wait to unburden our garage and basement and place those items in an orderly fashion in our new barn style shed. It is a beautiful structure that makes us so happy! Tommy and his crew did a terrific job! We will choose J. Scott Design for other major projects that may come in the future for our home. We have recommended the company to our neighbors and friends.

Very pleased with this company. Our phone calls were returned promptly. Tom was extremely professional. The two men that built the doors were efficient (got doors done in one day) and the workmanship was highly acceptable. Would definitely use their services again.

We have a small outdated bath that desperately needed to be updated. After meeting with Tommy he got to work straight away to get our bathroom project started. Throughout the project we had great communication and now have a very nice finished, modern bath that was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. All the crew were friendly and professional. Tommy made sure everything was done right even though we had to add a little bit more time to the project to make sure everything was perfect it was well worth it. We love our new bath!

The job went very well. The guys were in and out in two and a half days. Then returned to follow up with us 3 days later. Very clean and exactly what we asked for.
