Very disappointing experience. Had the company build a front porch expecting it to be built to Baltimore city code. Instead, the company failed to construct a railing as is required. I contacted the owner, Zac and offered to pay even more to correct his error. He was very childish in his response. He refused to acknowledge his error. He just stopped communicating period This is not a person you want to do business with when thousands of dollars are at stake.

I recently hired Zach with First Impressions Construction for a major renovation project, and I have to say that my experience with them was outstanding. The contractors were skilled and experienced, and they were able to handle unexpected challenges that arose during the renovation process with ease. They kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns I had promptly. The new design has transformed my home into a modern and functional space, and I couldnt be happier with the results. My project hasn’t started yet. So far everyone has been great! They’re timely at arriving for appointments and providing the estimate, honest, and caring about my project. They’ve been great at answering questions and providing suggestions. I’m looking forward to my project and its completion!
