Four Twelve Roofing did a fantastic job installing a metal roof for us. They are the nicest guys and very professional. The job was done promptly which really helped us out and got us back in business in no time. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again if the need arises.

Paul was friendly and helpful when he gave us the quote. We knew we needed a new roof. The work crew was friendly,hard working in the extreme heat, and kept us informed of what they were doing and the progress of the project. The day after the project was completed, owner stopped by to see if there were any concerns. I had one minor concern and that same day a worker showed up and took care of the problem to my satisfaction. Four Twelve did excellent work!

They were wonderful, great communication; they explained everything thoroughly. Everyone who worked on the job went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and they even did extra just to help me. I wish all contractors were as trustworthy as them! Highly recommend!

Nice guys, attentive to detail, very through. Roofers can be a little flaky but these guys were great. I highly recommend them and in fact have hired them to do another job for me, they were that good.

Excellent roofing contractor, I was looking for a roofing company who can redo my 10 years old flat roof. I checked online and read the reviews of the customers for the roofing companies in Baltimore. I called three roofing companies. Four Twelve Roofing responded right away and gave me a quote on the spot. I liked the price and signed the contract. They started working within 2 business days. The workers are very friendly and cooperative. They finished the work and cleaned up everything nicely. I am glad that I hired him to do my roof.

I ended up having them replace the roof on the house & garage. They did a wonderful job. Attention to detail was through. They completed the job in two days at a reasonable price. Sam have a great crew. They were on time, very professional and did a good job of cleaning up each day. I highly recommend them.

These guys were extremely professional. They came out when they promised, provided a quote within 24 hours, did the work within a week and that was that. They sent pictures of the work and all looks very good. Obviously I won't know how they did until the next big storm - but it looks good and I was treated really well and the pricing seemed fair and reasonable

We had them do a full replacement of two large flat roofs and some tuckpointing on our two buildings. They were very professional, easy to work with and did everything that they said they would on time. I would definitely use them again

I hired Four Twelve Roofing for a project consist of replacing a flat roof. I had many companies come out Four Twelve was the most knowledgeable about the project keeping me informed throughout the process of the work cleanup was excellent and price was excellent and was very compatible with other companies they also did lots of extra work that was not included in the scope I can't wait until I use them again for future projects! I already recommend them to all my friends and family would highly recommend to anybody else five stars all the way around so glad I hired these guys other contractors not as skilled and knowledgeable as Four Twelve!!!

I am very pleased with the work that was done by this company. They were very clear with advising me as to what needed to be done and the cost. The job was done on time and they were very neat and cleaned up after it was complete. And when we found something else that needed to be done the price was reasonable. I found them to be friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend this company again.
