"Joe and his team did an exceptional job helping us integrate multiple projects in our basement and the results were outstanding! We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. We shopped around for multiple quotes before selecting JD Michael Construction. Any and all future projects will go through this team! We are grateful!"

"We hired Misha and his team to remodel our 1975 ranch house, which needed a lot of care and attention. This is one of the best decisions we have made! After bad experiences with other reno projects in the past, we were very worried about taking on another project. Misha put us to ease after our first meeting, and our respect for him grew every day. "We had our entire bathroom entirely demolished all the way down to the support beams and fully rebuilt (the house is old and needed a lot of repairs). The entire team was absolutely amazing from designing and planning (Junior), to the project getting done (Kadir was our PM, Tony and Paul were our electricians, and all the other guys who came in to do the tilework and plumbing - I am sorry I do not know their names but they were also awesome). This bathroom required an enormous amount of work and it came out absolutely beautiful. The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work and they truly desire that their customers are happy and expectations are exceeded with their work. I am already planning more projects with them, their work is not limited to bathroom and kitchen remodels, and I look forward to working with them again. "Randy and his team were great to work with! They did an outstanding job installing new carpet and LVP flooring in the entire home. I had a short window of time to complete my project to prepare my rental property for a new tenant. Randy was always available and extremely helpful in providing me with carpet and floor samples to choose from. He was also open to my suggestions and flexible in making adjustments if needed. The project was completed on time and within my budget requirements. I was very pleased with their work when the job was completed. And would absolutely hire them again for future projects."
