"**3 Stars** I hired Karla for a one-time move-in/move-out cleaning for a 1,000 sq. ft. home. The place was almost completely empty, and the total was $250. On the positive side, Karla was excellent to deal with. She gave a same-day quote, was very responsive, and arrived right on time. She is incredibly friendly and professional in her communication. However, the cleaning itself lacked the detail needed for a move-out. Despite the house being almost empty, she was only there for about 2.5 hours, and I ended up spending an additional 3 hours cleaning after her to get the place tenant-ready. I specifically asked for the walls to be a focal point, but I had to scrub them myself, along with the baseboards and grime around the doorframes and windows. She did forget the cabinets initially, though she came back to finish them once I called. I think Karla would be excellent for standard maintenance cleaning, but for a deep move-in dive on an almost empty home, I expected more."
