Elizabeth House CleaningPhenomenal. I love Ms. Elizabeth! She and her team (Ms. Lucy and Ms. Letty) are the best. Definitely the cleanest out house has ever STAYED thanks to the weekly visits. Hair from our two dogs and cat is finally managed. Speaking of pets, no problem. Ms. E. and her team are experts around them (but my girls are pretty good doggies;). Superior SoftWashThe negotiation and work went very well. The sales rep arrived as scheduled and worked up an a la carte (eg. house wash, gutters, deck, etc.) price and scope of work proposal as I requested. The prices were reasonable so I decided to do all items. He advised me about the scope and nature of the work, protection of shrubbery and landscaping, etc. Several weeks later, the two-man crew arrived as schedule, reviewed the scope of work with me, and performed the work with diligence and quality. The process, which appeared to use a combination of a sudsy cleaner with bleach, cleared off the green and black mildew from the roof, walks, deck and patio as promised. All work was completed in one day and the home now looks great. It saved me from having to climb on my extension ladder with buckets of cleaning solution and a scrub brush to clean the siding and deck.- DON C.

The girls that clean are fantastic. The problem is management. Teresa gave me a quote in 2019 for 195.00 every other week. This is after I paid a very hefty amount for her to do the “initial cleaning” which they all do- but this was extremely expensive. All was well and fine but when covid hit I paused my service. To have them out again meant another “initial cleaning”. We discussed that it would not be over 600. When the girls completed the cleaning they wrote the amount of money I owed them on a napkin. I almost fainted. It was over 1,100 dollars! Honestly I was horrified but somehow let it go. Now, after my last cleaning she sent me an e mail saying because materials have gone up my new biweekly rate will be 285 dollars!! What the?? I told her I would pay for the materials - then she said it was not the materials. She said my house took to long. Um??? Did my house grow?? Then she tried to say I ask her to do more things in my house. She has always done my entire home so that is insane…. But the reasons kept coming😂every time I questioned one reason she added another. She even tried to say the extra time was because they had to pick up my house before they could clean it. This is when I was done. A complete lie. I take hours prepping my house for them. The girls have complimented on it before. If she said the increase was because they were short on money because of covid I may have been swayed! Look up other reviews that explain Teresa can be very rude. There is no negotiating. The customer is simply wrong. And to just decide to increase a long time customer by 90 dollars- with made up reasons is nuts. I am sure she will comment on this. Members beware. That is all I can tell you.

I have claimed the deal on 07/10/2021 for 5 Hours of Housecleaning for $159 from Sky Maids, which they didn't honor, instead offered a deal that is $50 more, and then on 07/15/2021 I claimed a deal for 6 Hours of Housecleaning for $199, through ANGI website, and then again Sky Maids claims that the deal was already sold out, but how can I claim the deal on ANGI website if its already sold out. This is an issue of bait and switch and a misrepresentation of Sky Maids, that they won't honor the deals that were advertised and offered on ANGI website. I won't use them for my house as they are not to be trusted.
