Laura and her team have done a wonderful job cleaning our house for close to 20 years. Laura is always available if I need to contact her and she is flexible re schedule changes. Top quality work and reliable. Highly recommended!

We have been using Chesapeake cleaning services since we moved to the area, over 7 years ago. We are very happy with the service. The cleaners do a great job for and even change the sheets, which is a task I’ll happily have someone else do. Also, great is no need for a contract and flexibility to work around our schedule. If we are away, we can just skip a week and restart the service when we get back. Highly recommend.

Chesapeake cleans our house every two weeks. They do an excellent job.

Not so good! The first team that came over did not do everything they were supposed to do. Also I decided to check their work before they left and found MANY areas that simply were not cleaned. The shower walls, vanity sink, cabinet doors, carpet along the baseboards and wall pics not dusted. When I asked them to clean these items, she said she had to leave to pick up her daughter from daycare. I called the owner to explain all of this to her and she spoke to the cleaners. They came back inside and cleaned some of the areas but not everything. I called the owner after they left and told her the “deep cleaning” job was not completed. She tried to make good on the matter by sending another team back to my house to finish cleaning the areas the first team didn’t clean. They did a pretty good job but I was very unhappy overall.

No Show. No call. Beginning of November I scheduled cleaning for today (11/27/2017). Cleaning crew is supposed to be at my house between 8:30 to 9:00 AM. Now 9:52 AM. I called the owner and left couple of messages. No response. I expect workers to come to my house within the scheduled time. If not then I expect a courtesy call.

It went great the ladies did a great job!

The workers showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete the deep clean. They were able to do the whole house in four hours, which amazed me! They did a great job, and the house smelled wonderful when they left. They were very friendly and I was comfortable being in the house while they worked. I would definitely use them again in the future if the need arose and will be happy to recommend them to others.

The cleaning team did a great job and the house smelled wonderful. They cleaned every surface in the rooms they cleaned. In fact, they did such a good job that we kept the service after the coupon was used.

They are punctual, coordinate ahead of time (which is almost required with an infant in the home), and every through. We had hired another service prior to Chesapeake and have been extremely happy with our switch.

The women were pleasant. I felt comfortable having them in my home. They worked very hard, but seemed unprepared for the size of the job. Made a few comments about how much work it was (yes that's why I hired help!) and started cutting corners towards the end. By the time they got to my basement, they were exhausted and it shows. My tile floor was not mopped and basement bar wasn't wiped down. If the woman who quoted the job had quoted me in person, rather than over the phone, they would have had a better idea of the size of the job and maybe sent an additional person. Overall, they did a decent job. I'd use them again.

we're very Happy with Chesapeake Cleaning Services! We found them through Angie's List and have been using them regularly since early May. Laura and her teams are quick to respond, very polite, and provide excellent customer service. Our biweekly cleaning comes at a reasonable rate and we're very happy with their service. Would recommend to anyone in this area

We have been using this cleaning service since March and we are very happy with them. We have had two sets of teams at our home; both do an excellent job, extremely efficient. I like that they bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment and the extra perks they provide (like changing the sheets on the beds!). Dependable, reliable, and a very clean house!

Laura was great. I called at the last minute after my usual cleaners had an emergency and couldn't make it. She scheduled me right away. Two young ladies came and cleaned everything. The house looked fantastic!
