"OMG! Luis and his crew were absolutely incredible. Luis communicated daily during the project, sometimes multiple calls or texts a day. He gave a very detailed line-item proposal, discussed less expensive alternatives, he had a vision and a timeline. He completed our new flooring ahead of schedule, which was great because we rented an Airbnb to avoid our dogs from going crazy, and we were able to move back in quicker. Fantastic job with our new deck, new concrete patio and walkways. It’s hard to find good contractors. We’ve had our fair share of less than stellar contractors, but Luis and his team at DMV Pro Services exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was addressed. He even hired a cleaning crew to clean the inside of our home- we didn’t ask for it, but we sure appreciate it. Luis runs a tight ship and he’s able to offer better quotes because he takes the time to really dig into the costs for materials and time. I can’t say enough good things about him. We will be hiring him again soon. You should definitely give him a call to discuss your next project!!"

"This company, 12 Figure Consultations, came to my house and gave me a quote. Simple job, rake up all the sticks, take up the old mulch and put down the new. I gave them deposit. When they returned for the job, they did half of it, and then said they wanted more money than the original proposal to finish it - 2 times more. When I disagreed to pay 2 times more money, they started arguing with me, telling me I am liar, and behaving aggressively that I feared for my safety. Then his partner was following me around my yard and telling me he liked me and asking if I liked him! I was very afraid for my safety and I told them to just go away, because not only I was afraid for my safety, but their shoddy business practices so disrespectful, give one price, do half the job, then demand more money than the original to finish. I told them take their trailors and just to leave but they wouldn't. Finally I started raking it myself, and then I paid them the more money just to get them to go away. When they drove away, the workers skidded his tires in the grass in my yard and went speeding down the street. Then he drove around the street 3 times. I still fear for my safety and even afraid to write this review."
