"They charged $98 to come give me an estimate for swapping our a shower valve cartridge, which was fine, but the pricing they provided was completely unreasonable, $1,000. They were unwilling to provide any detail for the price. I ended up buy the part myself for $30 and replaced it in 30 minutes."

I explained that the control valve from my sump pump seemed to be malfunctioning over the phone, and within a couple of minutes of being on site and verifying the issue, he got to work. About an hour later, he had the part replaced and my sump pump functioning normally and much more quieter than it had been prior. He even cleaned out the basin the pump was sitting in and disposed of the yard debris that crept in. The homeowner and plumbing wisdom that he bestowed on our household was elite as well. Patrick is "our guy"! Thanks Patrick!"
