The nozzle on the hose of my Miele vacuum cleaner broke and I thought I would have to purchase an expensive, new hose. The gentleman at Brothers was able to improvise by sawing of the broken end and gluing a part from and old hose on to the nozzle. He did it while I waited and I couldn't be happier with the service and the price--$20.

Overall, I’ve had good experiences with Brothers. I think they do good, reliable repairs. They are easy to work with, and I would use their service again if I had the need.

I am always very pleased with their service. They come out to the car to get my stuff which is really nice especially when I take my sewing machine because it is kind of heavy. They always help me which I really like. They have everything I can think of as far as vacuum cleaner bags because my vacuum cleaner is 30 years old and many stores don’t carry the bags but they do.

They made an estimate beforehand of the price and time. They met both criteria. I have been happy with my machine ever since.

When I first got there, they gave me a bill of $190. It seemed that they found random repairs and overcharged me. The cord was considerably shorter than it was previously. The cashier had quoted me the wrong price at first, then we got the price down to $120.
