"Robert was very nice. He gave me an estimate, which included cutting out parts and replacing sections of my driveway, revealing the entire driveway and was able to do it in the same week. His men did a wonderful job and he came to check on them several times during the process. Highly recommend!!"

"Christian Fletcher did an amazing job on my driveway. My driveway was way overdue for a sealcoat. I had two large cracks and other minor cracks that I was unaware of. Christian took time out of his busy schedule to come to my house to thoroughly exam my driveway. He was honest about what was needed to restore my overdue aged driveway. There’s no single best asphalt grade—it all comes down to where and how it’s used. A PG 64-28 mix, for example, handles a broad temperature range while simpler, more cost-effective mixes are typically enough for residential driveways. The best grade of asphalt depends on traffic, weather, and your budget, which is why a professional’s input is always a smart move before making a decision.

Driveways should be sloped with a minimum 2% slope—anything lower will cause precipitation and runoff to collect. A 2% slope is the equivalent of a 2-foot rise over 100 feet. One quick way to check the integrity of your driveway’s slope: no more than four inches of water should collect on the surface longer than 15 minutes after rain.

Your driveway contractor will probably recommend that you avoid driving on your new millings driveway for up to a week. Keeping pressure off the freshy applied millings will help the driveway to bind together. While the sun is helpful for binding millings, hotter weather can actually make the curing process take longer.
