"Very professional service all around from Tim's presentation and explanation, to Dana's organization, and Benjamin and the crew's performance. The pine floors under the wall to wall carpet were easily sanded and the stain was predictable. The surprise of maple floors under the paint in the kitchen was more difficult to refinish and the stain less predictable. Benjamin showed our three stain picks initially on an area of newly sanded floor and then mixed stains and gave us four new choices with a perfect result for the one we chose. The floors are smooth and even all the way to the edges. They look like new... outstanding results!"
