Alex and his helper came when they said they would be there. They replaced the door rollers and the roller rail the door rolls on at the bottom of the frame. Original parts were aluminum and replaced with stainless steel. The whole effort took a little over an hour as quoted. Our second door doesn't get used as much and if it needs repair in the future I know who I will call. Satisfied Customer."
