They needed to be replaced, and everyone was here bright and early. Today, the day before Thanksgiving, they worked tirelessly in 40-degree weather outside for three hours to resolve the issue. They were incredibly kind when I interacted with them. Outside of the interactions, they were very quiet and unobtrusive. They were, far and away, the most professional contractors I have worked with, especially regarding maintenance arranged by a third party (Choice Home Warranty/landlord).
