I highly recommend Eagle Star Appliances for all repairs. The owner is responsive, communicative and does quality work. He recently repaired our broken LG Refrigerator and Washer. He texted to let me know when he was coming and had the parts needed to make a quick repair. Needless to say, We HIGHLY recommend Eagle Star Appliances.

They worked very well with my schedule, even able to get to me a day early from my appointment. Showed up on time, had the right parts and equipment to make the repair to my LG refrigerator. Explained to me what to expect over the next 24 to 48 hours with the refrigerator and am super pleased with the work. They cleaned up the mess and everything is working fine. I would hire again.

Terrible and unreliable company. Stay "AWAY". This company was to provide services to my refrigerator and dishwasher through my Warranty Company, which I also do no recommend. This has been opened since November 2019 a still not fixed. Came over to the house one day and I thought we would be able to enjoyed a repaired fridge and dishwasher over the holidays, but that did not occurred. Needless to say, I have been dealing with both the Warranty company and this company that has neither showed up to repair the issues nor contacted us, they go as far as not responding to our warranty company when they try to contact them. Shame on them and really on my Warranty company who enable this type of unreliable company to represent them. Really disgraceful service and would not recommended to anyone. "STAY AWAY". "RUN FOR THE HILLS" when they tell you that this company will be servicing your request.

I got this FraudStar company assigned from American Home Shield to fix my dishwasher. At first it was easy to schedule and but after they ordered parts and they arrived, their scheduling went disarray. They scheduled me twice to come and fix my dishwasher and was a no-show both times and it has been more than a month. No response for my numerous calls and text. From my experience, I am almost certain that they have fraudulent practices where unless it is a quick fix they want to wear you out with waiting so you give up and contact someone else while getting paid from appliance insurance companies. Recommend everyone to stay away from these guys even if contacted by appliance insurance.

Harry was outstanding in his patience with Assurant Solutions, the contract I have for my appliances. The delay was not with Eagle Star, it was with an incompetent Assurant employee who decided on his own, at the last minute, that Assurant was NOT going to repair my Bosch washing machine. Harry fro Eagle Star stayed on top of my project and completed the job with extreme patience and professionalism. Harry is an expert in his line of work and I would hire his Company anytime!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I generally don't write reviews but I feel that I need to warn people about this company. He is late, unresponsive, rude and lies about whether he has even ordered parts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! My wife was uncomfortable with him when they were alone. Unfortunately my warranty company assigned him to me more than once but on the most recent service call he simply lied such that none of my appliances will be repaired in time for Thanksgiving even though I called for repair on October 5th. BEWARE!!!

DO NOT HIRE EAGLE STAR! They were sent to my home by my home warranty provider. not only did the repairman misdiagnose my washing machines problems (it still doesn't clean clothes), but he managed to break a water valve in my basement causing thousands of dollars in damages. The company was than rude and condescending taking no responsibility for their error. Fortunately my warranty company has some integrity and is covering eagle stars incompetency.

This company did an awesome job. The technician told me what the problem was and showed me the issue and made sure that I saw him fix the issue.

Endless praise for Harry. Super responsive. Friendly. Truly expert in repairs. And knows how to cut through the insurer (Assurant) bureaucracy. The washing machine is one of the worst to be without for too long. It would have been longer, without a doubt, if Harry hadn't been on the job. The whole family, and my sanity, is grateful.

I thought the service provided was very good. I used them under my home warranty. So I didn't know what to expect but they had good reviews on several sites. I have to say the service was good. I got an appointment for the same week. They showed up on time and figured out the issue. The part needed for my repair came in quickly and my stove was repair in two weeks. The repair guy was polite and respectful. You cannot ask for more - I'll use them again if I need to repair any of my appliances.

Service was great. It was performed as scheduled. The technician was on time and very professional. Parts for repair were received and installed ahead of what was expected.

In the beginning of April, he came first and took my $75.00 and for the first two weeks, the ref was working and then it stopped again. On the19th of April, he answered the phone the second time, he did not ask me and said he will just order two parts and after that we are never able to get in touch with him. My Insurance company and I were both unable to contact him after this, so the insurance send over another guy to fix the problem.

Harry, a repair technician with Eagle Star Appliance Repair, LLC, looked at our washer and suggested two parts needed to be replaced. He ordered them and requested expedited shipment. The parts arrived a few days later, and Harry installed them on a Sunday afternoon without charging us for the weekend work. Unfortunately, the parts did not remedy the problem. But the next day, Harry ordered a third part from a different company, again for expedited shipment. The part arrived on Friday, and Harry was scheduled to install it the following Monday morning. Third time’s a charm. Harry installed the 3rd part and started our washer on the normal setting. It works now, and I cannot believe I am saying I look forward to doing lots of laundry! Harry’s patience was far better than mine during the past 3 weeks. He was calm and methodical in finally determining the source of our problem. Harry also waived charges for the two expedited shipments even though I told him we were willing to reimburse Eagle Star for them. My only suggestion for improvement is for his office to communicate updates/provide status reports to its customers more often.

I have never worked with a more disorganized and rude company. Eagle Star is the authorized repair company for LG washer/dryers. They scheduled the first appointment quickly, then sent a young guy who didn't do anything but write down the dryer number -- which I had already given them. He said they needed to order a part. They scheduled a second appointment and no one showed up. I repeatedly called both the number of the business and a cellphone number I had and left messages. They were never returned. I called back and asked for another appointment. They told me they were very sorry, that the man who was supposed to have come bailed and they didn't realize, but would schedule for the next day. I again stayed home and when I called after they missed their two hour window, was told that they weren't open that day and no one would be available for another two weeks. The third appointment I called to confirm the day before. When they arrived, the man called me repeatedly instead of my husband who was at home waiting, then when I called back 15 minutes later said they had already left and would need to reschedule again. He was rude, insisting it was my fault for making him wait. I called the number to get a new fourth appointment and they said they would maybe come in a few days and gave me a six-hour window in which they wanted me to wait at home. My dryer has now been broken for more than two months and is no closer to being repaired than when I first called LG.

It took four visits to fix the machine (from June to September) but that was not the fault of Eagle Star. On the contrary - any other company would have given up but the tech was persistent that if the right part could be found, the machine could be repaired. The delays stemmed from finding the right part. "Almost the right part" didn't work. I had to wait a month for the right part to be shipped (probably from China) but once installed, it solved the problem. I appreciate the company's persistence.

Terrible! Two weeks later and Eagle Star hasn't called the home warranty company. I've called them a dozen times because I have two little kids at home and no laundry machine. I've wasted hours calling and calling, trying to get them to do this one little thing (and of course they've already charged my credit card). The home warranty company won't process my claim until they've heard from Eagle Star - it's a disaster. I will never go near this company ever again!

While they were schedule with scheduling, with next-day appointments in the evening and weekends, the provider was always at least 3-4 hours late from the stated time window and near-impossible to reach via phone for status.
