"The person who wrote this review L Z is not our direct customer, he is a Home Warranty customer, one of our principal clients. For that reason we cannot decide on repair or not the system or how much the service fee amount will be. The service call fee of $45.00 (that the person who wrote this review L Z rejected from credit card saying that he has not idea were this charge coming from) is an agreement between them, the person who wrote this review L Z and his Warranty company, we only made a diagnosis and wait for an approval or denial from the warranty company. We must to collect a service call fee of $45.00 dollars depending on signed agreement between the Home W C and the customer. The home warranty sends a notification by text and email as a reminder for service call fee amount. We provide the diagnosis and pictures directly to the Home Warranty and then, they decides if the job is covered or not to repair or replace. If we do not receive the permission from CHW to repair, we cannot repair. The system never has been maintenance, You will see the pictures attached. The system was in very poor condition, and all damaged by water because lack of maintenance. The maintenance of an equipment is the first request of Home Warranty to cover a claim. We request a deep cleaning but the claim has been denied due to the conditions of the system. The customer do not need to pay another service call fee. The person who wrote this review L Z calls directly to the technician all day and night. Usually the technicians are not responding customers phone calls, the customer needs to call to the office if have any question or concern about a claim, since the technicians are working on high risk and dangerous spaces due to shape blades and motors. Ours technicians start working at 5:30AM. The technician received 29 text messages until 2AM and so many phone calls and left several messages threatened him. Please make your own conclusions.
