"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. "Process was excellent from start to finish. The owner of the company came to our house to take measurements and provide an estimate that was very reasonable when compared to the more well-known national companies that franchise locally. Intaller was very professional, put drop clothes down in all areas, removed debris, etc. Installation took a full day but it was apparent that the time was well-spent to do things right. Very happy with the end result and to have supported a local, family-owned company."

"Everything went well. This is the third time we have used Mr. Fama. It's really nice to have someone you can rely on to be on time and do the job and know everything will done well. I use our storage room to pot plants etc. Unfortunately the only sink on this lower floor is a shallow sink in the bathroom and have to carry dirty pots etc. upstairs. They arrived on a very rainy day and covered all our floor with protection before starting. The sink was placed near the water pipe and a cabinet had to be moved. They moved the cabinet and installed the sink to a spot nearby. Removed boxes from that area and placed the cabinet there, next to the sink. They cleaned up and left the area spotless."

"James did multiple jobs for me after diagnosing the actual problem. Correcting the issue required james to replace part of an old pipe which could only be accessed through a ceiling. James not only fixed the plumbing issue, he completed the carpentry work and repaired the ceiling. He also replaced my shower floor and the tiles surrounding it. James also replaced faucets on my utility sink. James is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and a master of his craft. I highly recommend hiring him for your plumbing needs and wants."

"My bathroom sink was draining slowly. Two bottles of Drano didn't make much of a difference. While I had plumbers from Honest Abe's here, I asked how much it would cost to have them unclog/snake the drain. I was told that it would cost $247. I was shocked at this price and told them I would look elsewhere. I did. I purchased one of Angie's List's deals (for half the price - $125) for a small drain cleaning. Tim, the plumber, showed up on time with his female apprentice. He removed the sink trap, snaked the drain with an electric, automated snake, and replaced the trap. The sink drained great after that. The entire process took about 20 minutes.

"Work:   The owner is very professional and informative.  Quality is good.  No complains there.
Price:  The owner is a talker!!!  he tells you how difficult everything is in order to charge you more.  I paid $1375 for what it turns out to be only about 2 hours of work!  He charged me $675 for labor ONLY of installing sink and faucet, that is a ripe off!  BE WARE of the jacked up price he is given you!!  My sink was a drop in sink, with simple installation, and home depot installed my faucet for $100 service call before, so it is definitely not worth $675 just for labor to install those two items.

Dean and Oscar are phenomenal! 
As a first time home owner who knows nothing about plumbing, finding a plumber is pretty scary - especially when you need one shortly after having hired a big chain plumber that left you broke and very dissatisfied.

I originally contacted Dean because I had a small leak in the basement and needed him to troubleshoot my Dishwasher.

During our first conversation he asked if I could send pictures of the leak and from under the kitchen sink to get a better idea of what was going on. Right away he noticed my sink did not have a p-trap (which the previous plumber I dealt with failed to notice). Once he determined what needed to be done (replace hose bib, install a p-trap and look at DW) we scheduled an appointment. Due to my work hours, I had to schedule him to perform most of the work while I was gone, and though I was very hesitant about leaving a stranger in my home alone; those worries quickly dissolved after our first meet. 

Things worked out so well the first time that I had them come back to move, re-pipe and hook up my tub, washer and gas dryer! I will also contact them to replace my sewage line sooner than later. They?ve been courteous, professional, neat, worked with my scheduled and have done an amazing job. I don?t feel like I?m getting ripped off and Dean takes the time to not only explain things, but to teach you how to prevent any issues in the future.

"I requested estimates from 3 different companies. The first estimator (lowest estimate) was somewhat rush, he said he has 3 more jobs to go to, just did the measurement and left, without offered any design ideas. The second estimator was better (estimate turns out to at the middle range), he spent a little more time than the first estimator, however I have to say his design ideas were so-so, not sure if that's the right word... Sean was the third estimator, he was the most detailed, take his time to help design the small kitchen, he looked at every detail to make the best use of limit space. And he also provide a computer generated 3D design via email. At the end, we selected Sean and Ocean kitchen, the entire process was easy and stress free. Sean and his installers were polite, friendly and easy to work with. Their estimate were roughly 15% more than the middle estimate but their work was excellent, it is truly "you get what you pay for"."
