They put down new deck flooring, provided deck trap door for water faucet access, new stairs, sanded off writing on lumber and added rail for the stairs (concrete posts for stability). They waited to stain the deck after wood had been exposed to elements and dried. The team let us know when they were coming to do work and what to expect. Their cost was reasonable and they were not like other companies that just wanted to sell and do things that were not necessary."
