Some of the issues that popped up were beyond Custom Worksâ control (e.g., wood and paver shortages) which pushed our time back from August to September (2021). Glen came with great suggestions and we used some of them and are very happy with the finished product. Glen also doesnâ t try to up-sale customers which you can find with other companies. For example, I inquired about Custom Works building a storage unit for the deck and he said he could but it would be less expensive just to order it from Amazon. Glenâ s son, Nich was great as well, he filled out the HOA paperwork that we had to submit to our approval committee. Thanks Glen and Custom Works, we are very happy with the overall job."

Bill went to our local Lowe’s purchased wood to be installed it as a brace to which he attached the shelving for additional support.
