They even moved the excess dirt into a neat pile exactly where we requested. Once the job was done, they thoroughly cleaned up and even blew the driveway free of debris. Whether the root cause was a faulty product or the install itself, I expected the company to stand behind their work. Instead, they told me that while the manufacturer covers the part, I would need to pay extra for labor. To me, that shows a lack of accountability. A professional company should take responsibility when a system fails so quickly, regardless of whether the issue is equipment or installation. Unfortunately, that hasn?t been the case here. If you?re considering hiring them, be aware that you may be left with damaged property, unreliable equipment, and additional bills."

Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated.
