"They showed up on time and got right to work. The actual installation went okay. They, however, did a very poor job of cleaning up behind themselves. Also, when they refilled the hole they dug it wasn't close to being level with the rest of the yard. Instead there was a very visible large mound of dirt. I contacted them a week or so after having the work done, to discuss a concern, and the person I spoke with completely blew me off and dismissed my concern. That is when they lost any opportunity for repeat business from me."

"Overall, we had 4 estimates. This estimate was the 2nd highest of the 4. We learned a lot. Our problems were not with the installation as much as the quality of the cabinets we chose. In hindsight, if we had it to do over we would check them thoroughly right out of the box and I recommend this for any kitchen project. Everything was either replaced or repaired but because things were missed initially it caused some delay. We had no problems with the quality of their workmanship and installation. The contractors re-mediated some unknown mold we had behind our old cabinets and this was no extra charge so we were appreciative of that as it caused an unexpected delay as drywall needed to be replaced. The Granite contractors were excellent as well. Everyone was respectful of our pets and our property. The end result is that it is a beautiful kitchen as you can see from the attached photos. Dan Millard, the owner of American Kitchen Concepts worked with us on price and even sold us his show room appliances for next to nothing to help get the cost of the project down. He assisted us on every detail in our planning. We had several meetings at his showroom before we signed a contract. It was more than we intended to pay going into the project but we did add some additional painting and flooring to the project and it was still less than the original estimate. Dan & his team- especially his lead mechanic Cameron were accessible. I don't really have any before photos that I can find or you would be able to see the difference. Dan is a man of his word and there is a two year warranty on the kitchen so I don't anticipate any major problems going forward."

"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. I will definitely be recommending AGS to any of my friends who are in the market for new countertops."

"I think I talked directly to the owner. Porcelite scheduled service within a week. Technician arrived a few minutes early, got the job done, presented the bill and got out of my hair. I didn't even need to move my sink cabinet which is within a couple of inches of the tub."

"Everything went well. This is the third time we have used Mr. Fama. It's really nice to have someone you can rely on to be on time and do the job and know everything will done well. I use our storage room to pot plants etc. Unfortunately the only sink on this lower floor is a shallow sink in the bathroom and have to carry dirty pots etc. upstairs. They arrived on a very rainy day and covered all our floor with protection before starting. The sink was placed near the water pipe and a cabinet had to be moved. They moved the cabinet and installed the sink to a spot nearby. Removed boxes from that area and placed the cabinet there, next to the sink. They cleaned up and left the area spotless."

I was shocked at this price and told them I would look elsewhere. I did. I purchased one of Angie's List's deals (for half the price - $125) for a small drain cleaning. Tim, the plumber, showed up on time with his female apprentice. He removed the sink trap, snaked the drain with an electric, automated snake, and replaced the trap. The sink drained great after that. The entire process took about 20 minutes.

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed. I would recommend Mega Kitchen and Bath in a heartbeat. You can’t go wrong."
