Not sure what they are like in Texas but their customer service in Virginia is abysmal."

Instead, they told me that while the manufacturer covers the part, I would need to pay extra for labor. To me, that shows a lack of accountability. A professional company should take responsibility when a system fails so quickly, regardless of whether the issue is equipment or installation. Unfortunately, that hasn?t been the case here. If you?re considering hiring them, be aware that you may be left with damaged property, unreliable equipment, and additional bills."

"My experience with TLC Inc. was a very positive one! I had a well/cistern that was leaking onto my lawn. Apparently the drainage system had deteriorated over the years. Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. Now, my lawn is dried out, instead of being a swamp. I recommend TLC Inc. for any water-related issues! Thank you, Mr. Hall!"

"Be aware of Atlantic Irrigation at (REMOVED ADDRESS), and their technicians regarding sexual harassment. Protect your family from overly-friendly technicians. We had an incident where one of their technicians was ?fresh? and ?hitting? on my wife, verbally, and also included unwanted touching her twice! This is an outrage and not an innocent act. You don?t "hit on" women or touch them in any way! No woman should be treated in this manner, married or unmarried. There should be no fear placed in any woman regarding men working on their property. We have filed a complaint with the Prince George?s County police, placed a restraining peace order against this person, named (NAME REMOVED), and also filed a complaint with the company. The company president, (NAME REMOVED), apologizes verbally and claims that they have not had such an incident. She said if this had happened to her, she would have called 911. There has been no follow-up to remedy this situation."

"S&D Solutions were great......... until they weren't! Owner Matt Smith runs a shady business. His company cut my lawn with no real issues for a few years then one day one of his crew damaged one of my vehicles. Shit happens though right? Matt was apologetic and told me he would re-reimburse my deductible after repairs and then proceeded to give me the run around for months! One thing I can never and will never respect is a man that can't keep his word! I would NEVER recommend this company because of that............ 1year later STILL waiting for my reinbursement smh"
