After another contractor cancelled my appointment at a late hour, I decided to find an immediate replacement. I moved furniture, cleaned the carpets and waited 4 hours for the previous contractor to cancel last minute... Which turned out to be good for me! Gerald of Carpet Magic was not only immediately responsive, he was courteous, professional and got the job done. My carpets were beyond dirty... Now they look and smell great. I took before and after pictures, they are like night and day. Carpet Magic is the only professionals I will use to clean my carpets!

Would highly recommend this company for residential carpet cleaning. They were able to remove almost every stain in my off-white carpeting. Very friendly and knowledgable on site technician.Would definitely use them again! Only downside was they said carpets would dry in 1 hour, and they were still wet several hours later.

good deep cleaning, some stains did return after the rugs dried, eugs are softer after cleaning, he seamed to be rushed to get to the next job other than that great job.

Initially had a very good, well informed conversation with the owner and had all questions answered to my satisfaction. Price was good and I felt owner was receptive to my needs and provided excellent customer service.

Gerald was outstanding throughout the entire process from the scheduling of the appointment to the cleaning of the carpet. He responded on short notice and did an excellent job of cleaning all the carpet in the home I just purchased. The carpet looked new after he was finished, unbelievable. We had most of the carpet cleaned in the house. Some was soiled and some had water damage from a storm. They spent a long time and alot of work cleaning them with this comprehensive method, about five hours. After the carpet had dried the results were excellent. The carpet was and looked completley clean, This is not the least expensive carpet cleaning out there, but it is a good value given the amout and quality of work they do. In the past I have hired some carpet cleaners who have made no difference in the appearance of the carpet. I will not have to replace my 9 year old carpet any time soon.

We have a number of dogs and babysit dogs for others which leads to marking. I do clean the carpets myself, but it is hard to keep up. He came in was very professional, worked quickly and did a very impressive cleaning job in the same time it takes me to just dent the surface. We are going to use this service every quarter because it is worth every penny!
