"I met with Dave (project manager) and we discussed extent of work needed to restore my stone patio after many years of neglect. A key feature of the repair plan was to install a border around the stone patio. Dave also recommended that we pull up most of the lower patio and establish a good base for the stones, and repoint the upper patio where mortar joints were degraded. I decided to go with Daves recommendations and Lopez ( crew supervisor) and his crew did a great job restoring the patio. I am looking forward to pressure washing the stone to bring out the color after the mortar has fully cured. I could not be more pleased with the results!"

Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. The Ballard team came in and assessed the situation, repaired not only that paver, but tightened up all of the pavers along the perimeter of our patio. That thing isn't going anywhere any time soon! Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."
