"We've been wanting to do a patio and driveway for the past 5 years. We shopped around for quotes, designs, etc...and finally decided on doing a patio and found Hoffman Landscaping late in our search.
Brian was friendly, helpful, responsive and professional from the beginning. He was able to cover all of our design ideas and gave us a great price. The patio turned out GREAT and my wife and I are VERY happy with the outcome. Brian obviously takes pride in his work and took his time to do things right. Working with Hoffman Landscaping was stress-free and had the feel like they were friends of the family, doing us a favor.
We would highly recommend and plan on using them for other projects in the future.

"I have been meaning to share how wonderful XtraCare Landscaping is for some time. It was raining when I took photos, so I will update with photos from a sunny day when everything is dry (and a fresh coat of mulch is down). We cannot say enough good things about this company and their teams. Top Notch customer service and care. They are experts and professionals at every stage. They were extremely responsive and understanding whenever we had questions. This is our second time using XtraCare for a patio. We had a small flagstone patio installed at our previous home in Maryland. It was beautiful, and they guided us through each step, including going to the stone quarry to select the exact stone color, size & shape. We were extremely happy. We since moved to Northern Virginia, and after getting several quotes from local companies here, we were not feeling a comfort level for the design process and customer care with any of them, as we were spending a good amount of money on a much larger patio, this was a big deal. We were not sure if XtraCare would come to Virginia, but since we had such a great experience, we gave them a call and were thrilled to be able to work with them again! We instantly felt comfortable with the process, and knew we would have a beautiful patio, that would last. They guided us through each step with patience, attention to detail and understood the vision we had for our outdoor living space. We wanted a mixture of textures and ability to have different zones of functionality, including an area for trash storage and deck boxes tucked away, as well as a fire pit and pathways. We are beyond in love with our new outdoor space, and look forward to making many memories entertaining and enjoying it with family and friends. I will add that my parents used them for a small stone landing and some stone retaining walls around their trees and garden beds, and also had a wonderful experience. We can't thank the XtraCare team enough...Cleber, Mari & CJ, as well as their hardscape & landscape crews. They exceeded our expectations each time. We would recommend them in a heartbeat, and will be using them again as new projects arise."

"Brothers Pavers was very easy to work with. They gave us an estimate within 24 hours of viewing the job and were able to adjust according to some changes we wanted made after. David and Jose were always available for any questions and kept us up to date while our Nicolock paver product was on order. The patio they built is beautiful and was was completed in 1.5 days. The team did a great job leveling out the space and making sure the foundation of the patio was well done before laying the pavers. Jose was sure to check with us with any brick layout questions as the job progressed. Their attention to detail and efficiency is a testament to their expertise. "We had a small deck and were given advice to replace it with a patio to both save money and expand the space. We had been thinking about what to do for several years and kept speaking with contractors who were more interested in selling us what they wanted rather than what we wanted or needed. Freedom Fence and Deck came to our home and asked what we wanted, listened carefully, understood our price point and gave us a great solution. He patio is beautiful. The steps out the door are wide and look great. When the work was being done I noticed some small adjustments we wanted, and he accommodated the changes without complaint and with only slight adjustments in costs to cover additional expenses (like railing for the basement steps). We had tons of rain and he worked around it. They cleaned up and reseeded the grass where it was needed. I am beyond happy. The beauty, usability, and cost (within my budget) al worked to give me the perfect outcome. "I was very happy with the flagstone patio work performed by Pro Landscapes. Several other companies recommended ripping out the existing patio entirely and replacing it with concrete pavers that are easier (than natural stone) to install. Pro Landscapes was able to maintain the existing base and curvature of the old patio and install new flagstones. They also installed an extension. Would definitely recommend."

"Called for an estimate and the company came out and provided a free estimate for the spot I was looking to install a patio. Kyle provided a few options as I didn't know exactly what type of stone to go with. The estimate ended up coming in over $1k cheaper than the other companies. The job took a day to do and it was all coordinated over email because of my schedule. I just left the gate unlock. It looks great and is everything I imagined. I've gotten several compliments already. I would highly recommend company."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. My deck had many rotten joists, posts, railings, stair treads and boards. It was discolored and falling apart. Leon and his excellent team came to the rescue and replaced all floor boards, railings, stair treads and many joists and several posts. They hauled away all old wood and trash. I now have a beautiful deck that looks brand new! Leon and his team exceeded my expectations. I recommend this company and would hire them again."

"Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. Left the site neat and clean too. Hard to find good workers, with good customer service while staying in budget and on time with a great salesperson on top of it!
